Today is the 250th episode of “So You Think You Can Dance”. On the episode The Next Generation will have the contestants take over and choreograph their routines for the first time in the show’s history.

Judge Maddie Ziegler and Travis Wall will perform a special routine choreographed by Wall, and another performance will be choreographed by Tony Award winner Savion Glover “Bring in ’Da Noise, Bring in ’Da Funk.

In honor of the celebration, here is a flashback interview  with Ricky Ubeda who won Season 11 of the show. Ubeda talks about his life after winning the show.
