Russell Thompkins Jr and The New Stylistics performed live in concert in the Los Angeles and Bay Area.
Thompkins Jr performed the songs he had made famous over the year as the original lead singer of The Stylistics for over 30 years.
The Stylistics are best known for having hits including “I’m Stone In Love with You”, “Peek-A-Boo”, “People Make the World Go ‘Round”, “Right as Rain”, “Payback is a Dog”, “Hurry Up This Way Again”, “Children of the Night”, “Betcha By Golly, Wow”, “You Are Everything”, “Break Up To Make Up”, “You’ll Never Get To Heaven (If You Break My Heart)
Their greatest success came with the song “You Make Me Feel Brand New” which brought the group a Grammy nomination.
