Charlie Wilson with special guests Fantasia and Johnny Gill will perform in concert on the “In It To Win It” tour on March 8 and 9th at The Microsoft Theater. The concert begins at 7:00PM. Tickets start at $ 59.50.
Wilson has also released a new album also titled “In It To Win It’. The album features musical guests Snoop Doog, Pitbull, Wiz Khalifa, Robin Thicke, Lalah Hathaway and TI and entered the Billboard chart at # 1 on the R&B charts and #2 for Top Album sales. The first single “I’m Blessed” featuring TI is a Top 10 Billboard single. This is the 7th solo album for Wilson who has hit the charts with his singles ” Without You”, “My Love is All I Have”, “You Are” and “There Goes My Baby” and more.
Before launching a solo career Wilson was the front man for The Gap Band with brothers Robert and Ronnie. The Gap Band had a string of hits throughout the 70, 80 and 90s including. “Yearning For Love”, “Outstanding”, Party Train and “Burn Rubber On Me” to name a few.
Fantasia first hit the spotlight as the winner of the third season of “American Idol”. She made history when she became the first artists ever to debut at number one with her first single “I Believe”. Her debut album went platinum. She earned a Grammy award for her hit single “Bittersweet”. Now with the release of her fifth album “TheDefinition..Of”. Other hit songs in her catalogue include “Truth Is” “Free Yourself “
“I’m Doin Me”, “Lose To Win” and “No Time For It”.
Johnny Gill is no stranger to the music business.The singer has eight solo and duet Top Ten R&B hits, as well as being member of New Edition since 1987. His hits include “Rub You the Right Way,” “My My My,” ” Wrap My Body Tight”, “Fairweather Friend”. He formed LSG with Keith Sweat and Gerald LeVert and hit number-one with “My Body”. He recently released his seventh solo album “Game Changer”.
