BET Awards 2017: complete list of nominees

The BET Awards are Sunday, June 25 on BET. Some of the biggest names in show business will get together to celebrate excellence in their fields. “Saturday Night Live’s” Leslie Jones will be the evening’s host of the event which airs at 8:00 p.m. ET.

Some of the performers scheduled for the annual live event include Bruno Mars, Future, Migos, Trey Songz and Tamar Braxton. Presenters at the “BET Awards” 2017 include Yara Shahidi, Cardi B, Issa Rae, Jamie Foxx, La La Anthony, the cast of Universal Pictures’ “Girls Trip” (Regina Hall, Tiffany Haddish, with Jada Pinkett Smith and Queen Latifah), Trevor Noah, Robin Thede, Cari Champion and Demetrius Shipp Jr..

Some of the night’smost nominated artists include Beyoncé who dominates with seven seven noms, including ‘Best Female R&B/Pop Artist,’ ‘Best Collaboration’ with Kendrick Lamar for “Freedom,” ‘Video of the Year,’ and ‘Album of the Year’ for Lemonade. Bruno Mars follows with five nods, while Solange, Chance the Rapper and Migos each up for four nominations.
