It’s another adventure for the “Wrecked” team ” when the show returns for Season 3, premiering Tuesday, August 7 on TBS.
“Wrecked” follows a group of diverse survivors of a plane crash who must adjust to life in a dangerous new world without the comforts of modern life, “like social media, Wi-Fi, indoor plumbing and Chipotle.”
As Season 3 opened the gang thinks they finally going home, but instead find themselves on another island. After watching their friend walk onto a landmine, the gang panics, thinking they could be the next to go if they take another step. As they try to figure out what to do, Steve loses out on “nose-goes” and to voted to be the one to walk across the beach. As they argue, Steve spots someone out of the corner of his eye. They are not alone. He tells the gang, who of course doesn’t believe him.
They soon find out that the island is owned by a bizarre billionaire who hunts prey of all kinds, including people. Imprisoned, they are forced to hunt each other to the death in a basic-cable battle royale or as Pack calls it “The Hunger Games” without Lenny Kravitz to give us cool outfits.”
“Wrecked” stars Ally Maki, Asif Ali, Brian Sacca, Brooke Dillman, Jessica Lowe, Rhys Darby, Will Greenberg, and Zach Cregger, along with guest stars Rob Corddry, Eugene Cordero, Jonno Roberts, Karan Soni, Rachel House, Robert Baker, and Will Hines. The series is executive-produced by Justin Shipley, Jordan Shipley and Jesse Hara.
