The cast and creative team of FOX’s “Gotham” headed to New York Comic Con to share tidbits from the 5th and final season of the hit show.
Here are five things we learned about the upcoming season:
Shane West will play villain Bane close to the comics and will break Alfred’s back this season.
Speaking of villains, Zsasz, Mad Hatter, Scarecrow, Hugo Strange and Penguin all return.
Set 10 years from where Season 4 left off, Season 5 will see Bruce Wayne will have his first encounter with bats.
According to David Mazouz (Bruce): “Bruce and Gordon are working very intimately this season doing what they can. The city’s hanging on by a thread. We’re just waiting for the government to finally start the reunification process and it just keeps getting delayed and delayed.”
We will see Bruce become The Batman for the first time in the series finale.
