It’s the final week of “The Voice” Blind Auditions and the coaches Adam Levine, Blake Shelton, Kelly Clarkson, and Jennifer Hudson were ready on Monday’s Blind Audition Show.

Jennifer had the last block of the season and she was ready to use it on Kelly when the opportunity arrived. Zaxai, a New York native was the guy for her. The singer did a rendition of Redbone’s “Come and Get Your Love.” Kelly tried to turn but was blocked by Jennifer causing him to be the latest member of JHud Productions.

The highlight of the night came from soulful country singer Kirk Jay who landed one of the few four-chair -turns of the Season when he sang the Rascal Flatts hit song“ God Bless the Broken Road.” The emotional performance had coaches Blake and Kelly fighting hard for him, especially when he declared that he was country for life. The Alabama native ended up choosing Blake after a heavy sales pitch from Adam that caught Kelly by surprise. “I’m Country, too,” Kelly told Kirk but in the end, he said he “definitely” picked Blake. Kirk’s compansion and determination for Country (the song he sang was the first Country song he ever heard so Kelly didn’t really stand much of a chance with his “Country for life” mantra.

There was a lot of soul singers that caught Kelly, Jennifer and Adam’s eye, including OneUp who sang The Spinners “Could It Be I’m Falling In Love” (Team Kelly), Jarred Matthew who sang Al Green’s “Tired of Being Alone,” (Team Adam),  and

Mike Parker who sang “So Sick” by Ne-Yo (Team Jennifer).

The artist who made it to the Comeback Stage with Kelsea Ballerini was Sam Robbins who gets another chance to be on the show.
