Bravo’s ‘Project Runaway’ revamps with Karlie Kloss and Christian Siriano

“Project Runway” is squaring up for its return home to Bravo with a new host and a new mentor. The show has tapped familiar faces, Karlie Kloss as host and Christian Siriano as mentor.

“As someone who grew up watching Project Runway, I could not be more excited to host and produce a series that provides a platform to aspiring American designers as they pursue their creative and entrepreneurial dreams,” said Kloss in a statement. “I am equally as thrilled to work alongside an incredibly talented group of fashion innovators — Brandon Maxwell, Elaine Welteroth, Nina Garcia and Christian Siriano — to inspire, support and help guide these designers as they realize their visions and build everlasting brands and businesses.”

The supermodel and Siriano’s joining the show comes after former hosts and mentors Heidi Klum and Tim Gunn are starting their own project for Amazon.

“Project Runway” marks Siriano’s return to the show that he won in Season 4. Since his win, the designer’s career has taken off with some of the most famous women wearing his designs, including Whoopi Goldberg and former First Lady Michelle Obama. The in-demand designer dressed more than a dozen women for Oscars, the most-watched telecast in the world.
