Nelly hit the stage on the Monday night premiere of “Dancing with the Stars.” Nelly made his show debut performing the Salsa to his hit song “Ride Wit Me” with pro, Daniella Karagach.
Judge Carrie Ann Inaba praised Nelly for his back flip. She did advise him to open up more.
Judge Derek Hough said he was a fan and the dance was good, the six-time mirror ball winner turned judge, suggested Nelly not wear sneakers but a pair of ballroom shoes to help with his balance.

The show will return on next week and the first contestant will be eliminated.
