Adele has postponed her Las Vegas Residency. The residency titled “Weekends With Adele’ was set to take place in the Colosseum of Las Vegas’ famed Caesars Palace Hotel beginning Friday January 21, 2022. Adele was to perform two shows each weekend. The tour was announced in November 2021 on the heels of Adele recently releasing her fourth studio album 30 on Columbia Records. 30 debuted at #1 on album charts in 30 countries and was the biggest selling album of 2021.

Adele posted a video on her Twitter announcing postponement the day before stating that due to Covid 19 productions, her show is not ready. A tearful Adele said that “My show ain’t ready. We’ve tried absolutely everything that we can to put it together in time and for it to be good enough for you, but we’ve been absolutely destroyed by delivery delays and COVID. Half my crew, half my team are down with COVID, they still are and it’s been impossible to finish the show.” I can’t give you what I have right now.”

Ceasar’s Entertainment posted on their website refunds are available for hotel rooms booked at any of their properties. Refunds will also be available for Covid tests that were booked through their establishment as well.
