Keyla Richardson has made the Top 3 finalists on this season of “American Idol”.
Joining Richardson as finalists are Jordan McCullough and Hannah Harper. The three contestants each traveled to their hometown this week for a celebration that includes a parade and a concert. The footage will air during the show finale. Keyla is from Pensacola, Florida.

On Monday, May 4, Keyla performed “River Deep Mountain High” by Ike and Tina Turner during the first hour of the show featuring “Dancing with the Stars” pros Gleb Savchenko, Rylee Arnold, Jan Ravnik, and Witney Carson, who performed while the Idols sang.
Season 5 idols from the Fox years who returned were winner Taylor Hicks, Elliott Yamin, Paris Bennett, Kellie Pickler and Bucky Covington who all sang duets with this season’s hopefuls to help decide the final three.
In the second round of performances for the night, Keyla was paired with Taylor Hicks, performing “Living for the City” by Stevie Wonder.
On May 11 is the 3 -hour “American Idol” finale where The Top 3 finalists give their all for the last chance to earn America’s vote. Alicia Keys serves as guest mentor and performer, plus special performances from Brad Paisley, Blues Traveler, Cameron Whitcomb, Clay Aiken, En Vogue, Gin Blossoms, Jason Mraz, Lee Ann Womack, Mötley Crüe, Nelly, Shinedown and Tori Kelly.
