The 2016 American Music Awards were presented last night in Los Angeles and were hosted by Gigi Hadid and Jay Pharoah.
Artists from all musical genres were honored on awards that re solely determined by fan votes. genres. Pop/Rock, Alternative Rock, Country, Rap/Hip-Hop, Soul/R&B, Adult Contemporary, Contemporary Inspirational, Latin, EDM and Soundtrack of the award categories.
Some of the night’s big winners were Drake, Carrie Underwood, Justin Bieber and Ariana Grande who took home the night’s big prize, Artist of the Year.
