Congratulations are in order for former Young & The Restless Star, Victoria Rowell. She wed Radcliffe Bailey of Atlanta is a lavish ceremony in which long time friend, Samuel L. Jackson gave her away.

Rowell was recently interviewed  about her union by Laura Zigman for the New York Times and had this to say about first meeting Bailey. “I had to rely on instinct to survive all my life,” Ms. Rowell said. “First impressions are everything, and all those antennae were up,” when she was introduced to Mr. Bailey at the dinner before her appearance at the National Black Arts Festival. “When I saw Radcliffe, he had slightly crumpled pants on and a Borsalino hat.
