Letterman, the original host of NBC’s Late Night and The Late Show for CBS, is making a returning to television with a new show for Netflix.

The series will be six episodes and will feature the Emmy-winner in a unique format. Letterman is combining two interests for which he is renowned: in-depth conversations with extraordinary people, and in-the-field segments expressing his curiosity and humor. The series has yet to get a name and is set to premiere in 2018.
