‘GOLDEN GLOBES 2020’: PRESENTERS ANNOUNCED, RICKY GERVAIS HOSTS

77th Annual Golden Globe Awards Presenters Announced were announced today. Ricky Gervais will host the ceremony airing live coast to coast this Sunday from 5-8 p.m. PT/8-11 p.m. ET on NBC.

Tom Hanks will be the recipient of the 2020 Cecil B. deMille Award. Three-time Golden Globe Award nominee Ellen DeGeneres will receive the Carol Burnett Award. Dylan & Paris Brosnan, sons oa actor Pierce Brosnan,  will serve as this year’s Golden Globe Ambassador.

“HFPA Presents Globes Red Carpet Live,” the two-hour pre-show produced by dick clark productions in association with the HFPA, will live stream exclusively on Facebook Watch from the red carpet at The Beverly Hilton. The pre-show will include celebrity arrivals, fashion, interviews and behind-the-scenes looks at Hollywood’s Party of the Year.

Hosts for the pre-show include Sofia Carson, AJ Gibson, Jeannie Mai and Scott Mantz, with more to be announced. The pre-show is set to stream on January 5 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. EST (3:00-5:00 p.m. PST) and can be found at facebook.com/GoldenGlobes and on GoldenGlobes.com.
