American Idol Season 22 aired the final auditions episode of the season on Sunday, March 24th. The show traveled to the judges’ home town to Richie hails from Tuskegee, Alabama. Luke Byran hails from Leesburg, Georgia and Kat Perry is from Santa Barbara, California.
After the auditions, the hopefuls will arrive in Los Angeles for group rounds and a chance to advance to the live shows.
Judges Lionel Richie, Katy Perry and Luke Byran return for their seventh season on the panel. Ryan Seacrest also returns to the show as the host for the past 22 seasons.
