It was the Season finale for the long running “Saturday Night Live” with musical guest Paul McCartney and host Will Ferrell. McCartney has been a part of the music scene since his days with the iconic Beatles band.  He sang his new track, “Days We Left Behind,” from his “The Boys of Dungeon Lane” album.

McCartney’s second performance was of “Band on the Run,” the Grammy-winning title track of Wings’ 1973 album. Like in “Days We Left Behind,” Chad Smith of Red Hot Chili Peppers was on drums.
