TCM Celebrates Marilyn Monroe’s 100th Birthday As June’s Star of the Monthith Month‑Long Film Showcase

Marilyn Monroe’s 100th birthday is June 1 and TCM is celebrating the icon as the movie channels Star of the Month for June.

In a month long showcase, the network will feature 14 movies from her discography,  including “Gentlemen Prefer Blondes,” “All About Eve,” and “Some Like It Hot,” featuring her most famous roles to date.

On June 1 which is Monroe’s actual birthday, TCM is showing Gentle Prefer Blondes, How To Marry a Millionaire, and Monkey Business.
